Windows 8.1 Product Guide
Creative Direction | Publication Design

With each new version of Windows comes an array of new features and product highlights. Microsoft has many third party partners, and this guide helps provide talking points to ensure the Windows product story is told accurately. Our goal was to make the product guide as beautiful and minimal as the software itself.

Reflect the Windows design principles
The form of the book was inspired by the square tiles found within the iconic, colorful, and modular user interface of Windows 8.1.

Our solution
With layouts inspired by Swiss design and colors taken directly from the Windows interface, each page communicates what is best about each product feature, while also reinforcing the brand’s new vibrant color palette and photography.
